Compatible B250 DDR4 upgrade

Standard voltage and latency

At 1.2 V the module draws the normal DDR4 power envelope and produces no extra heat beyond the chips themselves. CAS latency is CL17 with 17-17-17 timings, so the memory controller operates at its rated speed without additional voltage. There is no heat spreader, so airflow over the PCB is the only cooling path.
