The package contains the dual-tower heatsink, one pre-installed 120mm PWM fan with addressable RGB, mounting brackets for AMD AM5/AM4 and Intel LGA 1851/1700/1200/1151/1150/1155/1156, and a tube of thermal paste. A second fan is not included but can be added using the supplied fan clips.

Should I choose the single-fan Hyper 620S or look for a dual-fan version for my Ryzen build?

This model is sold only in the single-fan configuration. The 120mm PWM fan runs at 650–1750 RPM delivering 71.93 CFM at 27.2 dB(A). Adding a matching second fan is optional and uses the same clips, but no dual-fan SKU exists for the Hyper 620S.
