Your motherboard and GPU must support the ATX 3.1 standard and the 12V-2x6 connector to use the native cable; otherwise an adapter will be required. The 120 mm HDB fan runs in a zero-RPM mode until thermal thresholds are reached, so ensure your case airflow can handle the heat when the fan spins up.
