A copper cold plate, 3000 RPM three‑phase pump and high‑density aluminum radiator combine to dissipate up to 315 W TDP. It targets enthusiasts and builders who need strong thermal headroom for overclocked or multi‑core processors. The package includes three pre‑installed 120 mm PWM ARGB fans, mounting hardware for Intel and AMD platforms, thermal paste and a PWM/ARGB splitter cable.

Capacity and headroom

The cooler handles sustained loads up to 315 W, making it suitable for modern high‑end desktop chips under heavy all‑core workloads. Three 120 mm fans deliver up to 81.5 CFM airflow and 2.3 mm H₂O static pressure, with speed controlled between 600 and 3000 RPM. Hydro‑bearing fans are rated for 40000 hours of operation. Beyond the 315 W design point, thermal margins shrink rapidly and temperatures will rise sharply under prolonged stress.

ARGB sync and mounting limits
