Compact business desktop

The Dell OptiPlex 7020 MFF Plus is a new mini PC built around a 14th Generation Intel Core i9-14900K with 24 cores and 36 MB cache. It ships with 16 GB DDR5 4800 MHz memory and a 2 TB NVMe SSD. Windows 11 Pro and Intel vPro support target managed enterprise deployments.

Connections and mounting

The 7.2 x 7 x 1.4 inch chassis weighs 2.4 lb and fits behind a display or under a desk. Video output uses three DisplayPort connectors for up to three monitors. USB includes one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2, three USB-A 3.1/3.2 Gen 2 and one USB-A 3.0/3.1/3.2 Gen 1. Audio provides a headset jack and a line output. Network links are Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2. A wired keyboard and mouse are included.

Thermals and power

Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 770 handles everyday workloads without a discrete card. The small form factor relies on internal airflow to cool the 6.0 GHz boost processor during sustained tasks. Fan noise rises under full multi-core load but remains low for typical office applications. The external power adapter keeps the desktop footprint minimal.
