Compact business desktop

The Dell OptiPlex 7070 Micro is a mini PC built for office and home productivity. An Intel Core i7-9700 eight-core processor runs at 3.00 GHz with 12 MB cache. The system ships with 32 GB of DDR4 memory and a 1 TB NVMe PCIe drive. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed and the chassis fits into tight spaces.

Thermals and power

Integrated Intel UHD graphics keep the thermal load modest for everyday workloads. The small form factor uses an internal fan to move air across the processor and SSD. Gigabit Ethernet provides wired connectivity without adding a discrete controller. Power draw stays low during typical document, web and video tasks.

Build and connectivity

Two DisplayPort outputs drive modern monitors; no HDMI, VGA or DVI ports are present so older displays need an adapter. Front and rear USB include one USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C, three USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-A and two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports. The package includes the desktop and a power cord only; keyboard, mouse and monitor are not supplied.
