Business all-in-one for office teams

The Dell OptiPlex 7450 combines a 23.8-inch touchscreen with a seventh-generation Intel Core i7-7700 processor running at 3.6 GHz. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 memory and a dual-drive layout give enough speed for daily productivity. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed and a USB keyboard and mouse are included.

Limits of the integrated platform

Integrated graphics and the Intel Q270 chipset restrict the system to general business applications and light multitasking. The all-in-one form factor prevents the addition of a discrete graphics card or other internal expansion cards. Memory can be increased to 32 GB using DDR4 SODIMM modules, but the processor and chipset remain fixed.

Dual-drive storage decides fit

A 256 GB M.2 solid-state drive holds the operating system while a 1 TB hard drive provides bulk capacity. Buyers who need faster primary storage or more than 1 TB of total space should look elsewhere.
