The Dell OptiPlex 790 Mini Tower is a new desktop computer aimed at home-office and student users who need a ready-to-run Windows 10 Pro system. It ships with a genuine Intel Core i7-2600 quad-core processor operating at 3.40 GHz with a 3.90 GHz turbo frequency. Eight gigabytes of DDR3 memory and a dual-drive layout combining a 128 GB solid-state drive with a 2 TB hard drive provide both responsiveness and capacity.

Build integration

The Mini Tower chassis uses a standard 265 W power supply and includes a DVD±RW optical drive, integrated Gigabit Ethernet and a USB wireless dongle for network connectivity. A keyboard and mouse are bundled, so the only required addition is a display.
