Upgrade from single-socket

Moving from a single-processor box doubles thread count to 32 with hyper-threading, while the C610 chipset adds 12 DIMM slots for future expansion to 384 GB. The jump pays off when workloads scale beyond one socket but do not yet justify a 2U chassis.

Limited by PCIe 3.0 and 1 GbE networking
