You will need to provide your own front bezel and Dell Ready Rails kit for the 1U chassis, as neither is shipped with the server.

Can the PERC H730P controller manage the SAS and SATA drives I already use in other Dell 14G servers?

Yes, the H730P supports 12 Gb/s SAS and SATA with RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60 and pass-through, so existing 14G drive sets will work.

How do I confirm both Xeon Gold 6130 CPUs and all 64 GB of DDR4-2666 memory are detected after first boot?

Open the iDRAC 9 Express web interface or watch the POST screen; both will list two 16-core processors at 2.1 GHz and four 16 GB DIMMs.
