The system ships with 128 GB of DDR4 registered ECC memory across eight 16 GB modules. It is built for scale-out workloads that demand high core counts in minimal rack space.

Storage controller and drive bay constraints

The PERC H730P controller supports SAS and SATA drives with RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 plus pass-through mode. Only eight 2.5-inch drive bays are available, limiting raw capacity to the number of physical disks installed. The unit includes two 300 GB 10K SAS drives. Buyers who need more storage than eight bays provide must look elsewhere.

Memory ceiling and slot count

Maximum supported memory is 3 TB spread across 24 DDR4 slots. The current 128 GB configuration occupies eight slots, leaving 16 slots open for future expansion. Workloads that will exceed 3 TB of RAM cannot be accommodated by this platform.
