Two Intel Xeon Gold 6148 processors provide 20 cores each at a base frequency of 2.4 GHz and a maximum turbo of 3.7 GHz. The LGA 3647 socket and Intel C620 chipset support up to two processors total. This core count and clock profile determines whether the server matches your thread-heavy application requirements.

Tool-Less Rails and Hot-Swap Components Simplify

Included Ready Rails enable tool-less mounting in standard 4-post racks. Redundant 750 W hot-swap power supplies and the front 8-bay 2.5" drive cage allow component replacement without downtime. The PERC H730P controller battery must be seated correctly or the array will default to write-through mode, degrading write performance. iDRAC9 Enterprise provides remote console access for headless management.
