Redundant 750W platinum power supplies and a PERC H730P RAID controller with 2GB cache support up to eight 2.5-inch SAS drives. Integrated iDRAC9 Enterprise provides full remote management for lights-out operation.

Suited for scale-out compute clusters

This configuration targets dense virtualization, hyper-converged infrastructure and database workloads that benefit from high core count and large memory capacity in minimal rack space. The eight-bay 2.5-inch chassis limits raw storage density, so buyers who need more internal drive bays should evaluate other platforms. PERC H730P RAID controller with 2GB cache
