256 GB registered ECC DDR4 across 24 slots

Memory capacity is the decisive specification: 256 GB of DDR4 2400 MHz registered ECC is installed in eight 32 GB modules, leaving 16 of the 24 DIMM slots free for expansion up to the 1.5 TB maximum.
