Dual 750 W platinum power supplies, iDRAC8 Enterprise remote management and ready rails are included for immediate rack deployment.

Suits virtualisation and database clusters

The 24 DIMM slots support up to 1.5 TB of DDR4, making this server a fit for memory-intensive hypervisors, VDI farms and large in-memory databases. Eight 2.5-inch drive bays and the H730 controller enable RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 across the installed 800 GB SATA SSDs or additional drives. Quad-port networking with two 1 GbE and two 10 Gb SFP+ links handles heavy east-west traffic without extra cards.

768 GB DDR4 registered ECC memory installed

The platform uses DDR4 RDIMMs only; other DDR generations are physically and electrically incompatible.
