Dual 750W platinum power supplies

Redundant 750-watt platinum-efficiency power supplies support hot-swap replacement without downtime. The 2U form factor uses Dell's engineered airflow to cool two six-core CPUs running at 2.40GHz with 3.2GHz turbo, twelve 7.2K SATA drives and a PERC H730 controller under typical enterprise loads. Fan speed ramps automatically based on inlet temperature and component utilisation.

PERC H730, quad-port networking

The PERC H730 1GB controller provides hardware RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 plus pass-through mode for the twelve installed 6TB drives. A quad-port network daughter card adds two 1GbE and two 10Gb SFP+ connections for flexible fabric attachment. iDRAC8 Enterprise enables full remote management, including virtual console, power control and hardware inventory, from any browser.
