The Dell PowerEdge R730xd is a 2U rack server built for midsize and large enterprise workloads. Two Intel Xeon E5-2680 v4 processors at 2.4 GHz with 14 cores each provide 28 threads total. 768 GB of DDR4 registered ECC memory fills all 24 DIMM slots.
