The system includes 768 GB of DDR4 2400 MHz registered ECC memory across 24 slots, leaving room to expand up to the 1.5 TB maximum. A PERC H730 1 GB controller supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 plus pass-through mode.

Workload fit and limits

The 24 front-accessible 2.5-inch trays accept SATA or SAS drives, making the chassis suited to storage-dense tasks such as data warehousing, virtual desktop infrastructure or database nodes.
