Twenty-four 2.5-inch hot-plug bays

The chassis supports up to 24 SAS or SATA drives for a maximum raw capacity of 52 TB. The integrated Perc H730 controller provides RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 with a 12 Gbps interface. No drives or trays are included with the unit.

Single processor limits total memory

Only one CPU is installed, so the 24 DIMM slots are capped at 48 GB despite the platform supporting up to 1536 GB with two processors. Buyers who need more memory must add a second compatible Xeon.
