Dual Xeon Gold 5218R processors at 2.1 GHz deliver 20 cores each for parallel throughput. Thirty-two gigabytes of DDR4 ECC registered memory supports virtualisation and database tasks. Dual 1100 W supplies and 10 GbE

Two 1100 watt power supplies provide redundancy for continuous operation in dense racks. The integrated 10 GbE 562T dual-port adapter connects storage traffic directly to high-speed networks. iDRAC9 Enterprise enables remote firmware updates, power cycling and console access without a local KVM. Rails are available on request for standard cabinet mounting.

SATA interface limits peak throughput

The twelve bays use SATA signalling, so sequential bandwidth tops out at the interface ceiling rather than faster protocols.
