Moving from a 12-bay or smaller chassis adds 24 hot-swap 2.5-inch SAS bays populated with 300 GB 10 K drives. The PERC H730P controller supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 so the jump is worth it when you need both throughput and redundancy in one box.
