The front bezel and ready rails are not included, so you must supply your own mounting hardware.

Can the installed PERC H330 controller manage the 26 SATA drives together with any older SAS drives I might add later?

The H330 supports both SAS and SATA on the same backplane, so existing SAS drives can be mixed with the 26 installed 7.2K SATA drives.

How do I confirm the dual Xeon 8260 CPUs and all 128 GB of DDR4-2933 memory are recognised after first boot?

Open the iDRAC 9 Enterprise interface or the BIOS POST screen; both will show two 24-core Platinum 8260 processors and 128 GB across the populated DIMM slots.
