384GB DDR4 across 48 DIMM slots

This configuration ships with 384GB of registered ECC DDR4-2400 memory installed in 48 of the 96 available slots, leaving half the memory capacity free for future expansion. The four Xeon E7-8891 v4 processors each provide 10 cores at 2.8GHz with 3.5GHz turbo, and the platform supports up to 12TB total memory when fully populated.

24 hot-plug 2.5" bays with H730P RAID

Twenty-four front-accessible 2.5-inch drive trays accept SAS or SATA SSDs and HDDs, managed by a PERC H730P 2GB controller supporting RAID 0/1/5/6/10/50/60. Quad-port networking combines two 1GbE and two 10Gb SFP+ links on an Intel X520/I350 daughter card, while iDRAC8 Enterprise provides remote management. Four 1100W platinum power supplies deliver redundant power, and ready rails with bezel are included for rack installation.
