It ships with two Intel Xeon E5-2660 v4 processors, each running at 2.0 GHz with 14 cores and a 3.2 GHz turbo frequency, plus 384 GB of DDR4 registered ECC memory across 12 slots.

Storage and management fit

Eight 3.5-inch 4 TB SATA hard drives at 7.2K RPM connect to a Dell PERC H730 controller with 1 GB cache, supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60 and pass-through modes. An integrated Broadcom 5720 dual-port 1 GbE LOM handles network traffic, while iDRAC 8 Express provides remote management access without extra hardware.
