Dual 14-core Xeon server for virtualization

This new Dell PowerEdge T430 5U tower server ships with two Intel Xeon E5-2690 v4 processors running at 2.6 GHz with 3.5 GHz turbo. Thirty-two gigabytes of DDR4-2400 ECC registered memory occupy four of the twelve available slots. The system supports up to 384 GB total capacity for larger workloads.

PERC H730P controller with eight 2.5-inch trays

The included Dell PERC H730P 2 GB SAS/SATA controller manages RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 plus pass-through mode. Eight hot-swap 2.5-inch drive trays are installed in the 16-bay chassis, leaving room to add more storage later. No drives are included with this unit.

Rack-ready tower with redundant power

Two 750-watt platinum hot-plug power supplies provide redundancy in a 5U form factor that can be converted to rack mount with an optional kit. Integrated dual-port Gigabit Ethernet and iDRAC 8 Express handle remote management. Front bezel and ready rails are not included.
