Precision 5820 tower workstation

The Dell Precision 5820 is a mid-tower desktop built for professional workloads. It ships with a 10-core Intel Xeon W-2155 processor, 128GB of DDR4 2666 ECC memory, a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD and an Nvidia Quadro P5000 graphics card with 16GB GDDR5X. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

Compatibility checks before ordering

Verify that your peripherals use DisplayPort because the Quadro P5000 provides four DisplayPort outputs only. The LGA 2066 socket and DDR4 2666 registered ECC memory are proprietary to this platform so existing consumer parts will not fit. Ensure your workspace can accommodate a mid-tower chassis and a 950 watt power supply.

Build integration and expansion

Four memory slots are populated with 32GB modules leaving four slots open for expansion up to 256GB total.
