This 2.5-inch internal hard drive delivers 300 GB of storage on a 6 Gb/s SAS interface. It spins at 15000 RPM with a 64 MB buffer and ships with an R Series caddy for direct installation in compatible Dell PowerEdge servers. The drive is new and intended for enterprise storage arrays.
