This DisplayPort 1.4 HBR3 cable uses 4‑core optical fiber to deliver 32.4 Gbps bandwidth over 100 m (330 ft). It is built for installers and integrators who need 8K or high‑refresh 4K signals across long in‑wall runs without repeaters.

Hybrid fiber‑copper build

The cable combines pure glass fiber for video with oxygen‑free copper for auxiliary channels, wrapped in a wear‑resisting TPE jacket. Gold‑plated male‑to‑male connectors resist corrosion, and the slim profile eases conduit pulls. One end is marked [Source] for the GPU or laptop, the other [Display] for the monitor; reversing them breaks the link.

DP 1.4 HBR3 limits at 100 m

The link tops out at 8K 7680×4320 at 60 Hz or 4K at 144 Hz, with backward compatibility to 1080p and 2K. DisplayPort 1.2 sources are supported at their native rates. HDR, DSC or higher refresh rates at 8K are outside the 32.4 Gbps ceiling, so the cable cannot carry them.
