Operating temperature ranges from 4 °C to 50 °C and the enclosure is rated IPX4 for water resistance with UV protection for outdoor durability. The controller is powered by two replaceable AA batteries, eliminating mains wiring and keeping standby power draw negligible. No active cooling is present, so operation is completely silent.
