The EVESKY TL866II Plus is a USB universal programmer designed for engineers and technicians who program EEPROM, Flash, BIOS, AVR, PIC, and MCU devices. It ships with nine adapters to cover a wide range of chip packages. The tool supports simultaneous operation of up to four programmers on a single computer for batch production tasks.

USB Power and 40/44/48-Pin Parallel Limits

All supported chips draw power directly from the USB port without an external supply. The programmer handles serial series devices and parallel series chips in 40, 44, and 48-pin packages, including large-capacity Flash.
