The FANXIANG S201 is a 256GB internal solid state drive built in the M.2 2280 form factor with a SATA interface. It uses 3D TLC NAND and an SLC cache to deliver sequential reads up to 550MB/s and writes up to 480MB/s. The drive supports TRIM, SMART, LDPC ECC and thermal throttling for data integrity. It is designed for consumer desktops and laptops with an M.2 SATA slot.

Suits SATA M.2 slots; not for PCIe-only boards
