Designed for Reverse-Connector Builds

The North XL RC is an ATX full-tower case built exclusively for motherboards that route their connectors to the rear. Standard ATX boards are not supported. Its steel frame and charcoal black finish frame a tempered-glass side panel, creating a showcase for clean, cable-free internals.

Cooling Layout and Component Clearance

Three 140 mm Aspect PWM fans come pre-installed at the front, delivering airflow through the open mesh face. The top panel accepts radiators up to 360 mm or fans up to 3 x 120 mm, while the front supports up to 420 mm and the rear up to 120 mm. A graphics card up to 413 mm fits without a front radiator, or 380 mm with one, and the CPU cooler height limit is 169 mm.

Included Fans and Tool-Free Access

The three bundled 140 mm Aspect PWM fans provide a balanced starting point for positive-pressure cooling. All side panels slide off, the front panel unclips, and the top panel lifts away via an integrated tab, giving full access to drive bays — two 3.5-inch and four 2.5-inch — and seven expansion slots without tools.

No, this chassis only supports ATX and Micro ATX boards that use the back-connect layout. Standard ATX motherboards with front-facing connectors are not compatible.

What is the longest graphics card I can install if I also mount a 420 mm front radiator?

With a 420 mm radiator at the front the maximum GPU length drops to 380 mm; without the radiator you can fit a card up to 413 mm.
