Thermals noise and power

The aluminium heatspreader uses a 76-facet mirrored surface to spread heat from the hand-screened ICs and the custom 10-layer PCB while reflecting light from the patented full-length crystalline light bar. Because the modules run at the standard 1.35 V XMP 2.0 profile, they draw no more voltage than a typical performance DDR4 kit and add no audible noise since no active cooling is present.

What the extras change

G.SKILL lighting software lets you customise the fluid rainbow wave default effect across eight independent zones, and the modules also respond to motherboard RGB sync utilities so the illumination can be coordinated with other components.
