Capacity and Profile

This 64GB dual-channel kit uses two 32GB modules running at DDR5 5600 with CL36 timings and a 1.25V operating voltage. The low-profile heatspreader measures 33mm tall and carries a white finish.

Platform Fit and Limits

The kit targets Intel 600-series chipsets and selected Z590 or B660 boards that support DDR5. It is unbuffered non-ECC memory, so it will not work in servers or workstations requiring registered or error-correcting DIMMs.

Deciding Specification

The validated speed is DDR5 5600 (PC5 44800) with XMP 3.0 profiles. If your motherboard and CPU cannot run at this data rate, the modules will fall back to a lower JEDEC speed.
