Trident Z5 Royal 32 GB kit

This 32 GB kit contains two 16 GB modules built for Intel 700 series platforms with 13th and 14th Gen Core processors. It runs at DDR5 6400 with a CL30 30-39-39-102 timing profile at 1.40 V. Intel XMP 3.0 support lets the profile load automatically on compatible motherboards.

Mirrored gold heatspreaders

Each module uses a CNC-cut aluminum heatspreader electroplated in gold with a mirrored finish. A crystalline light bar runs the length of the module and produces a fluid rainbow wave RGB effect by default. The 288-pin DIMM form factor fits standard desktop slots and the light bar is compatible with Asus Aura, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, MSI Mystic Light and ASRock Polychrome Sync software.

Hand-screened ICs on a 10-layer PCB

Hand-screened memory ICs are mounted on a custom 10-layer PCB designed for signal integrity at high frequency. The solid aluminum heatspreaders draw heat away from the ICs during sustained loads. At the rated 1.40 V the modules operate within standard DDR5 thermal limits without requiring additional airflow beyond normal case ventilation.
