64GB dual-channel DDR5 kit

This 64GB kit contains two 32GB DDR5 modules built for desktop PCs. Each stick runs at 5600MHz with a tested timing of 40-40-40-77 and operates at 1.25V. The unbuffered, non-ECC DIMMs are designed for gaming systems and work with both AMD Ryzen and Intel platforms. Black heat spreaders cover the modules.

Installing the 288-pin DIMMs

Align the notch on each 288-pin module with the motherboard slot and press down until the retention clips click. The kit supports Intel XMP 3.0 so the rated 5600MHz speed can be enabled with one BIOS selection. If the system does not boot at the rated speed, the caution note advises checking motherboard model, slot population, frequency support and maximum memory capacity before troubleshooting further.

Sustained-load behaviour

Under continuous workloads the modules maintain the specified 5600MHz frequency and CL40 timings at the standard 1.25V voltage. The integrated heat spreader helps dissipate heat during extended gaming or rendering sessions. Because the DIMMs are unbuffered and non-ECC, they follow standard desktop memory behaviour without registered or error-correction overhead.
