This five-pack supplies five separate 128GB 2.5 inch drives that connect through the SATA interface. They are built for consumer PCs, laptops and the PS4 where a 7mm z-height fits. The 3D NAND flash and SLC cache replace a mechanical hard drive with solid-state speed.

Sustained random performance

Each drive sustains 95000 random 4KB reads and 90000 random 4KB writes under continuous load. The 64TB total bytes written rating and 1500000-hour MTBF indicate the flash can absorb heavy daily workloads without early wear. Shock and vibration resistance keep data intact when the system moves.

SATA interface limits

The SATA link caps sequential transfer at 510MB/s read and 450MB/s write, so the drive cannot exceed those ceilings. Compatibility spans Windows 7 through 10, macOS 10.x and Android 4.4 with OTG, but the bus speed remains the bottleneck. No heatsink is fitted, so airflow in the bay handles thermal load.
