High-Speed Printing With Sensor Monitoring

A specially designed high-flow hot end reaches 600 mm/s print speed while the maximum working speed hits 1000 mm/s. Fifteen sensors form an intelligent network that continuously tracks extrusion and motion to prevent clogging, winding and filament breakage. Independent optical height measurement enables precise curved-surface laser work without physical contact. Vision encoding boards with 5 µm resolution deliver 50 µm motion accuracy across the full workspace.
