The Herz P1 Smart Ring in black size 8 is a wearable health tracker that monitors over twenty biometrics including heart rate, temperature, blood oxygen, stress and sleep stages. It connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth and runs for six days on a single charge. A free companion app for iOS and Android displays the data without a subscription fee.

How it fits on your finger and charges

The titanium ring weighs 0.068 kilograms and measures 1.04 inches across its display, sitting directly on the finger where the pulse signal is stronger than at the wrist. It is waterproof to 5ATM for swimming and showering. A full recharge takes 1.5 hours and the included case can provide up to 180 days of standby power using AAA batteries.

What the bundled extras add

The package includes a charging case and a sizing kit so you can confirm the fit before committing to size 8. The app adds remote photo capture and a find-my-ring function that sounds the ring via Bluetooth. No subscription is required for any of the 56 tracked metrics or the menstrual-cycle insights.
