The HP OmniBook 3 is a 17.3 inch business notebook built around an AMD Ryzen 3 30 processor with four cores and eight threads. It ships with 8 GB of LPDDR5 memory and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe drive. The Full HD IPS panel reaches 300 nits and has an anti-glare coating for comfortable office viewing. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed.

Interface and connectivity limits

Wireless networking uses Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 for peripheral links. Two USB-C ports run at 10 Gbps and support USB Power Delivery 3.1 plus DisplayPort 1.4 for external monitors. Two USB-A ports operate at 5 Gbps. A single HDMI 2.1 output and a 3.5 mm audio jack complete the physical I/O. The memory is soldered and cannot be expanded.

Capacity and headroom
