It ships with a single Intel Xeon E5-2609v3 six-core processor running at 1.9 GHz and 64 GB of DDR4 ECC memory across 24 DIMM slots. The platform supports a second processor for up to 36 total cores when demand grows.

Twelve-bay SAS storage with hardware RAID

The chassis provides 12 large-form-factor 3.5-inch drive bays populated with two 4 TB 7.2 K SAS drives. The Smart HBA H240ar controller delivers 12 Gb SAS and 6 Gb SATA connectivity with RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 support. Redundant hot-swap 500 W power supplies maintain uptime during module replacement.

Enterprise cooling and power redundancy

Dual redundant power supplies share the load to reduce thermal stress on internal components. The 2U form factor accommodates high-airflow fans that scale speed with CPU and drive temperature. Matrox G200eH2 graphics provide basic remote management video without adding measurable heat or power draw.
