Blade server for virtualised workloads

The HPE BL460c G10 is a dual-socket blade that fits into a c-Class enclosure. Two Xeon Gold 5220 processors run at 2.2 GHz with 18 cores each and 24.75 MB cache. 48 GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory is installed, expandable to 128 GB.

Requires c-Class enclosure and interconnects

The blade needs an HPE c-Class chassis for power, cooling and the FlexFabric 20 GB 2-port 650FLB adapter connectivity. Two 2.5-inch drive bays are occupied by the installed drives, leaving no internal bay for additional local storage. The Smart Array P204i-b SR Gen10 controller manages RAID for those bays.

iLO Advanced enables remote lifecycle management

Integrated Lights-Out Advanced provides console redirection, virtual media and firmware orchestration without a local keyboard or monitor. A rail kit is available on request for rack mounting the enclosure. BIOS and firmware are updated to the latest stable version before shipment.
