The HPE MSA 2070 is a 2U rack-mountable SAN storage array designed for small-to-medium businesses needing shared block storage. It ships with twelve 3.84TB SAS SSDs installed, delivering 46.08TB of raw capacity for virtualised workloads and databases.

Fibre Channel interface practical limits

Dual 32Gb/s Fibre Channel four-port controllers provide eight host ports, each requiring matching 32Gb/s SFP+ transceivers and OM3 or OM4 fibre cabling for full speed. Performance scales with queue depth and I/O size; the array supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6 and 10 for data protection.
