Compact 1U rack server for hybrid workloads

The HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen11 fits a standard 1U rack space and ships with two Xeon Gold 6430 processors, each offering 32 cores at 2.1 GHz with a 3.40 GHz turbo. It targets organisations running virtualised workloads and database applications that need dense compute in a small footprint. Installation of the supplied memory and drives is required before deployment.

512GB DDR5 memory and 61.44TB SATA SSD storage

Sixteen 32 GB DDR5-4800 ECC buffered modules populate the memory slots, delivering 512 GB of error-correcting capacity. Eight 7.68 TB enterprise 2.5-inch SATA III SSDs provide 61.44 TB of hot-swappable storage behind an MR408i-o Gen11 controller with 4 GB cache. Dual redundant power supplies and a rail kit support continuous operation and straightforward rack mounting.

PCIe Gen5 bandwidth and embedded 1GbE networking

The platform uses PCIe Gen5 lanes for high-speed data transfer between CPUs, memory and the storage controller. Network connectivity is limited to an embedded four-port 1GbE OCP3 adapter, so environments that require 10GbE or faster links will need additional NICs. Remote management is handled by iLO 6 Standard with Intelligent Provisioning for out-of-band control.
