The HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 is a 2U rack-mount server built for organisations that run virtualised workloads, databases or middleware on-premises. Two Intel Xeon Silver 4214 processors deliver 24 cores at 2.2 GHz with 16.5 MB cache each. The 768 GB DDR4 ECC registered memory supports large memory-footprint applications without swapping.

Installed capacity is the single specification that determines whether this chassis fits the workload. The system holds 768 GB across its DIMM slots and can scale to 3 TB when additional modules are added. All memory is DDR4 ECC registered; no other generation or type is compatible with this platform.

Dual 500 W flex-slot supplies and iLO management

Redundant 500 W power supplies share the load and keep the server running if one unit fails. HPE iLO Advanced provides remote console, power control and health monitoring over a dedicated network port. The Smart Array P408 SAS controller manages up to eight 2.5-inch drive bays for flexible storage layouts.
