This 2U rack server ships with two Intel Xeon E5-2699 v3 processors running at 2.3GHz. Each CPU provides 18 cores and 45MB cache for a total of 36 threads. It targets virtualisation hosts, database clusters and compute-heavy workloads that need high core density in a standard rack footprint.

512GB DDR4 ECC with 3TB ceiling

The system arrives with 512GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory installed across the available DIMM slots. The platform supports up to 3TB maximum capacity, leaving ample headroom for future expansion. Four 3.5-inch large-form-factor drive bays accept SATA or SAS drives; no storage devices are included so capacity must be added separately.

P440 SAS controller plus iLO Advanced

An HPE Smart Array P440 PCIe SAS controller manages the drive bays with hardware RAID support. Dual-port 1GbE 332T networking and HPE iLO Advanced remote management are integrated. Two 500W Flex Slot power supplies provide redundancy. Rail kit is available on request for rack mounting.
