The HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 Plus v2 is a new tower server built around a Xeon E-2314 four-core processor running at 2.8 GHz with a 4.5 GHz turbo. It ships with 32 GB of DDR4-3200 memory in two 16 GB modules and 48 TB of raw storage across four 12 TB SATA 3.5-inch hard drives. Windows Server 2022 Essentials media is included for up to 25 users and 50 devices.

This system suits small businesses needing a quiet, lockable tower for file sharing, backup or light application hosting with integrated iLO remote management and a four-port 1 GbE controller. It does not suit buyers who need redundant power supplies, hot-swap drive bays, 10 GbE networking or GPU acceleration for compute workloads. Hard drives and memory arrive uninstalled and require assembly before use.

Four-bay 48 TB SATA storage limit

The chassis provides four 3.5-inch drive bays populated with 12 TB SATA drives, fixing maximum raw capacity at 48 TB unless larger SATA drives become available. The Smart Array VROC controller manages RAID across these bays, so storage expansion is constrained by the bay count and SATA interface.
