Two-in-one floodlight camera

The ieGeek ZY-E1 combines a 2K resolution security camera with a hardwired 2600 lumen floodlight in a single outdoor unit. It connects via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and is powered by existing junction-box wiring, so there is no battery to recharge. The device suits homeowners who want illumination and recording from one mounting point and who already have Alexa for voice control.

Continuous outdoor operation

The IP65-rated housing withstands heavy rain and wind for long-term exposure without degradation. Color night vision remains active up to 25 metres (82 ft) using the floodlight LEDs rather than switching to infrared, so sustained low-light recording keeps full colour detail. The CMOS sensor runs at frame rates from 1/25 to 1/100,000 seconds, maintaining exposure consistency across changing conditions.

Wired mounting and daily use

Installation requires a standard junction box and permanent wiring, which fixes the camera position but eliminates battery maintenance. A 150° PIR sensor triggers the light and recording, while a 130° lens covers driveways and side yards; custom zones can reduce unwanted alerts by roughly 80 per cent. An integrated 110 dB siren can be activated manually or automatically at night, and two-way audio lets you speak to visitors through the app.
