The Jansicotek E19 connects 2.5in and 3.5in SATA or IDE hard drives and optical drives to a USB 3.0 port. It supports SATA drives up to 10 TB and operates three drives simultaneously. The kit includes a 12V 2A power adapter and a 4-pin power cable for 3.5in IDE devices. It is aimed at users retrieving data from legacy drives.

Dual IDE and SATA Connectivity

A dual-head IDE connector provides both 40-pin and 44-pin interfaces alongside a single SATA connector. The USB 3.0 interface is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1. Driver-free plug-and-play operation works on Windows XP through 11 and Mac OS. An on/off switch and LED indicators show power and activity status.

Power Management and Thermals

The external 12V 2A power supply delivers stable current for spinning 3.5in drives. Automatic sleep mode activates after 30 minutes of inactivity to reduce heat and power draw. Hot-swapping is supported so drives can be changed without rebooting. The adapter runs silently with no fan.
