Sustained Wireless and Compute Load

The board can be powered from either Type-C USB port, the 5 V and GND pins, or the 3.3 V and GND pins; current draw depends on the firmware and radio duty cycle.
Which USB cables and host ports do I need to program and power all three boards?
Each board has two Type-C ports — one for USB-to-UART and one for the ESP32-S3 native USB — so you need at least one Type-C cable and a host USB port per board.
Will the 3.3 V SPI flash and PSRAM on these boards work with my older 5 V Arduino shields?
The on-board flash and PSRAM operate at 3.3 V, and the GPIO pins are also 3.3 V logic; level shifting is required before connecting to 5 V shields.
